A passionate business professional, with 20+ years in leading teams. Driving engagement, CX & employee experience through a people first, coaching culture. I love developing people and teams to deliver exceptional results and sustainable profit growth. Strong numerical and analytical thinking.

Outside of work, Casey loves spending time with his 3 children and wife and is an avid Carlton Blues supporter.

Insights into opportunities in culture. Partnership to explore and identify ways to culture up, from someone outside the business.

Development plans/capability

WHY? The most common reason for people leaving a workplace is lack of development. Creating clarity on what’s required at the different levels within the organization. Development plans to support the growth and improvement of the team member, with the intention of having people feel they have a future to grow into.
